Who is eligible? 

CARES is the key meeting place for experts in car body finishing, surface treatment, and coating. If your team has innovative solutions or advancements in sustainable materials, energy management and efficiency, process optimization, water and waste management, or sustainability, CARES is for you! Speakers include leading global car manufacturers, suppliers, and renowned research institutions.

How are the Papers selected?

Papers are reviewed by a prestigious International Committee of leading OEMs and suppliers, assessing their industrial relevance and impact. To ensure a thorough evaluation, it’s essential to provide detailed information in your submission, focusing on test results, data, applicability, and benefits.

There are no pay-to-play speaking opportunities.

The committee reminds speakers the presentations should be technical, please avoid purely commercial presentations as there will likely be declined. 

Preference will be given to detailed Technical papers on:

  • Joint presentations between the OEM and Supplier
  • First-hand presentation
  • Real life experience sharing
  • Focus on Technical innovation
  • Follow-up from previous CARES Congress presentations
  • Interesting papers refused because of agenda at previous events
